Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
